شهدت الجزائر خلال فترة العثمانية تغيرات جذرية في السياسة والاقتصاد و المجتمع، و تأثيرها على الحياة الثقافية والفنية والمعمارية، وقد انعكس هذا بوضوح على الزخارف الفنية و خاصة الزخرفة العمائرية، فيعد جامع الباشا بوهران أحد المعالم البارزة، حيث يمثل نموذجا مميزا للمساجد التي بنيت على الطراز العثماني و محافظته على طابعه الأصيل في التصميم المعماري و الزخارف الفنية.

During the Ottoman period, Algeria witnessed radical changes in politics, economics, and society, and their impact on cultural, artistic, and architectural life, and this was reflected in artistic decorations, especially architectural decoration. The Pasha Mosque in Oran is considered one of the most prominent landmarks, as it represents a distinctive model of mosques built in the Ottoman style, preserving its original character in architectural design and artistic decorations.

Durant la période ottomane, l'Algérie a connu des changements radicaux dans la politique, l'économie et la société, ainsi que leur impact sur la vie culturelle, artistique et architecturale, et cela s'est reflété dans les décorations artistiques, notamment architecturales. La mosquée Pacha d'Oran est considérée comme l'un des monuments les plus importants, car elle représente un modèle distinctif de mosquées construites dans le style ottoman, conservant son caractère original dans la conception architecturale et les décorations artistiques.
