The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between alienation and psychosocial adjustment among students of the faculties of physical education in Libya, and the researcher adopted during this study, which targeted four faculties in four different universities in Libya, which are as follows: Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Tripoli, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Misurata University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Al-Marqab, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Zawiya University, and a random sample of (260) students was chosen, distributed among the approved scientific departments in the targeted faculties. At this stage, the researcher relied on the results of previous studies. And the exploratory study and personal interviews, and to identify the dimensions of the subject from the applied point of view and use them in formulating the existing phrases, where the “alienation” scale for the university level, which consisted of (105) items, and the “psychosocial compatibility” scale, which consisted of (50) were used. paragraph, and reached the final drafting stage after presenting them to a group of specialized experts for the purpose of knowing their suitability for the research objectives. The relationship between alienation and psychosocial adjustment among students of the faculties of "Physical Education in Libya", knowing the significance of this relationship, identifying the phenomenon of alienation among university students and knowing the differences according to gender, college, academic specialization and type of residence, and also identifying the psychosocial adjustment among students of faculties of education Physical Education in Libya”, and knowing the differences according to gender, college, academic specialization and type of residence. The level of significant significance ( 0.05 ) or 0.01 ) and it was found that the results recorded about the responses of the sample members of the students of the faculties of physical education in Libya were close and positive values were high in the dimensions of alienation, where the relative importance of the dimensions of alienation ranged between (47.19% to 50.10%), which are significant positive values It confirms that they have a tendency to a large degree. It was also clear that the recorded results about the responses of the sample members of the students of the faculties of physical education in Libya that A showed different and close differences in the dimensions of psychosocial adjustment, where the relative importance ranged between (47.55% to 49.63%), which are average values according to the compatibility criteria. The “T” test statistician for the role of gender achieved the largest value of males (2.507), followed by females with a value of (2.411). It was noted that the value of the “P” test statistician had statistical significance, as (Tripoli University) achieved the largest value (2.458), followed by (Al-Zawiya University) with a value of (2.303), and with regard to the dimension (alienation among students of faculties of physical education in Libya) amounted to (14.843**), and with a level of significance less than (0.01), which has statistical significance, and with regard to the degrees of alienation among students of faculties of physical education in Libya, it is attributed to academic specialization.
