الملخص:
يمثل تاريخ التاسع من جويلية 2011 حدثاً مهماً لأفريقيا والعالم، بولادة دولة فتية نجحت في تحقيق حلم الانفصال الذي كانت تنشده، لكن حلم تكوين دولة لم يكن في مستوى تطلعات أهل جنوب السودان، فدولة جنوب السودان وجدت نفسها أمام رواسب تاريخية أنتجت واقعاً مغايراً تسبب في تعطيل العجلة التنموية بالدولة الوليدة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حالة الضعف التي تشهدها دولة جنوب السودان ترجع مسبباتها إلى السياسات الحكومية الفاشلة القائمة على السيطرة على موارد الشعب والتي اعتمدت في برامجها على التحيزات الإثنو قبلية، وعلى حرمان عديد الفئات من حقوقهم الاقتصادية المشروعة، مما أسهم في تفشي العنف وغياب الاستقرار، مما جعل دولة جنوب السودان على أعتاب الانهيار.

Abstract:
The date of the 9th of July 2011 is considered an important event for Africa and the world, with the birth of a young state whose sons made tremendous sacrifices in order to achieve the dream of secession, but the dream of forming a state was not in line with the aspirations of the people of the South, so the state of South Sudan found itself in front of historical deposits that produced a different reality that disrupted the development wheel In the young state.
The study found that the vulnerability experienced by the State of South Sudan was due to failed government policies based on the control of the people's resources, which in its programmes relied on ethno-tribal and the digestion of economic rights, This contributed to the spread of violence and the absence of stability, which made the State of South Sudan on the verge of collapse.
