الهدف من وراء هذه الدراسة هو تقصي البحث الدال على ماهية السياسات التعليمية، وأثرها في التنشئة الاجتماعية، إن الدراسة، يمكن أن تتعلق أولا، بتفسير ظاهرة السياسات التعليمية، في ضوء المستويات المعرفية والواقعية المستويات التي تحدد الأسس العلمية للظاهرة، ومورفولوجيا النظام التعليمي، والإدارة، والمناهج التعليمية في إطار هذه التحليلات سيتم أيضا معرفة كيفية تأثير السياسات التعليمية، في التنشئة الاجتماعية وباعتبارها المتغير الرئيسي"، المواقف السلوك الاجتماعي - والاتجاهات السياسية المناسبة، بالنسبة للنظم السياسية والديمقراطية فالجزائر ومصر، في ضوء الدراسة المقارنة، يمكن أن تتضمن شبها، أو اختلافا ما، سيكون من الفائدة قياس أي منهما أقل - أو أكبر درجة. ثم أن أحدهما، سيحدد - بالطبع - المدخل الأكثر مناسبة، لإعادة تفعيل السياسة التعليمية، في ضوء مخرجات التنشئة السائدة وذلك من خلال أطر تحليلية جديدة تتلاءم أكثر، مع الأهداف القومية الموضوعة مستقبلا.

Summary;
The aim of this study is to investigate the research on the nature of educational Policies and its impact on socialization. The study, first, can relate to the interpretation of the phenomenon of educational Policies, in the light of levels of knowledge and realism. The levels that determine the scientific basis of the phenomenon, the morphology of the educational system, management, and curricula. In the context of these analyzes, we will also see how educational policy affects socialization. As the key variable ", attitudes of social behavior and of appropriate political attitudes, for political systems and democracy. Algeria and Egypt, in the light of the comparative study, could include a resemblance, or a difference, that would be useful to measure either of them less or greater. And then one of them will, of course, determine the most appropriate approach to reactivating educational policy, in the light of the prevailing outcomes of upbringing. This is done through new analytical frameworks that are more in line with future national goals.
