ABSTRACT

All the recent studies (or contemporary) urgentlyrecommend to develop the teacher pedagogical practices …, Training is an essential key for the acquisition of professional and academic capacities (competences), these ones contribute to the concretization of theteachingeffectiveness and warranties its good quality. From this point of view, this work comes to enrich the efforts of other studies which have been carriedout mainly on Competences through its general components. The latter, should be decomposed onto behavioral indicators which are contained in the capacities, these are considered as components of competences that will allow their concretization on the ground. This study will concern therefore, two essential aspects, the first will be devoted to the psycho-pedagogical training of the student teacher-trainee at ENS (The National Superior School). The second will concern the study of the acquisition level of the capacities of a lesson execution (lessonput in practice) by the student teacher-trainee. This study aims to reveal the reality of the teacher – trainer at ENS (KOUBA and Bouzaréah); the target is to take part in the efforts which intent to improve the programs of the training and their development and to propose more efficient vision of these programs and to work out evaluation criteria of the execution capacities with the view of the preparation of the student teacher-trainee, in order to allow him to acquire these capacities through the training programs. The procedures used in this study are as follows: 

- The methodology of the study is the descriptive method. 

- The sample of the study consists of two groups: teachers-traineesat the ENS (KOUBA and Bouzaréah) as well as the students-teachertraineesat the two establishments. 

- the tools of the study consist of two tests (measurements), One to measure the Capacities Of execution (lessonput in practice), of the student teacher-trainee (all sectors studied in the last year of training). The second test measures the synergy of world standards as regards the development of the training programs (contents of pedagogical modules). We have also used two questionnaires: one intended for the teachers-trainer at the ENS to express their opinions on the training programs, the second is proposed to the students teacher-trainee to show the importance of these programs and the degree of theirs effectiveness compared to their expectations. For the statistical study, we have used the following tools and methods: 

- The SPSS (Statistical Packard for the Social Sciences) which is a software used for the statistical analysis, 

- K2 test ,

 - The standard deviation and the average, 

- The validity and reliability, - Manu-Witneytext , - Kruskal-Wallis test, The results of this study are as follows: 

- The majority of the students think that the effectiveness of the training is between the mean and the low level. 

- The majority of the students find that their control of the capacities of execution is between the mean and the low level. 

- The teachers-trainers point out that the control of the necessarycapacities for the students is between the mean and the low level,just as they stress that the training programs do not correspond to the world standards. This revealsthat there is a real need to re-examine these Programs in order to improve and develop them. 

- In the light of the results of this study, we gave a certain number of proposals aiming to improve the conditions of teacher training and to develop their principal vector which is the Teaching Programs.
