Abstract 

The aim of this research is to identify the reality of Educational Supervision and its role in improving teaching efficiencies of English language teachers in the secondary school level, represented in efficiencies that related to the role of Educational Supervision through visiting the teacher of English language inside classroom, also in fields of efficiencies that specific in preparing lesson, lesson plan, the methods of teaching, look after students, developing the professional relationship, curriculum and ways of evaluation. The targeted community of research were the teachers of English language in the secondary school in Gazira State Qurashi Local. The researcher took random sample consist of (30 teacher) that represent (56.7%) from the general number of community (53 teachers). And followed the descriptive method and resolution as a tool for formation gathering. Data were analyzed statically by using the program statically package social science (SPSS). The main findings of the study as follow: the Educational Supervision according to point of view of English language teachers is satisfactory with regard to the visiting the classroom where their answers proved that Educational Supervision adopts a methods that leads to development teaching efficiencies of English language teachers in this field, but in the other fields Educational Supervision is very week. There are statistically significant differences in four parts that are detrimental to the gender variable in favor of male and four parts that are detrimental to the gender variable in favor of female, There are no statistically significant differences detrimental to the Educational Qualification or Professional Qualification or Training or Experiences.
