Abstract 

The aim of this study is to find out the reality of the readiness of the faculties of education in Sudanese universities to use Elearning, and to find out the extent to which faculty members use Elearning in faculties of education and to identify obstacles to employing in these colleges. The study population consists of members of the teaching staff in som colleges of education in the Sudanese Universities of Khartoum State (Sudan University of science and technology, AlZaeem Al-Azhari, African International University, Al-Nileen University) and the number of (206) faculty members and their assistants were chosen from random hull composed of (132) faculty members and their assistants , The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using (SPSS). The study found the following results:

 1 - Lack of infrastructure that helps to use E-learning in teaching.

 2- There are barriers to the use of E-learning in teaching. 3 - Lack of training for faculty members in faculties of education.

 4 - non-use of faculty members in faculties of education for elearning.

 5 - the Lack of budgets to employ E-learning in faculties of education.

 6 - the Lack of educational content in electronic form in the faculties of education. Based on the findings of the study results the study made recommendations, including: 

1- Provide the infrastructure that helps to use E-learning in teaching.

 2. Provide training courses for faculty members to use E-learning. 

3. Encouraging faculty members to use E-learning.
